The exclamation mark on the KENT CamEye’s app implies the camera is unable to identify the driver’s face. Please make sure your face is adequately captured by the camera during the initiation of the trip and ensure lighting conditions are enough for clear visibility. Therefore, it is suggested to mount the device in a manner it becomes perpendicular to the dashboard.
Also, the user is requested to ensure that stealth mode is disabled. In case the stealth mode is enabled, please ensure inside camera recording is enabled.
The Face recognition technology in KENT CamEye every time identifies the person sitting on the driver’s seat, and matches from the list of familiar drivers. It even captures the faces of co-passengers sitting inside the car and displays it under the trip details section.
