If in case the device is not charging up the user need to first check the condition of the power cable and charger. The micro USB should be firmly inserted in the micro USB port of the KENT CamEye device. Also ensure that device’s charger is sturdily plugged into the 12 V USB car charging socket. If the KENT CamEye device is still not powering up when you start the car, unplug and re-plug all the cables carefully. The device should now power up.
In case device is not charging in car, please remove device from car & check same with other power supply (mobile charger or power bank).
