Yes, you can view the inside cabin view and outside view, even in the parked mode anywhere, anytime. It can be accessed by multiple users at the same time as per the device owner’s preference. It also allows capturing important screenshots from Live streaming.
You can view either of the views at one time. Shows combined a view of live video and map to track car location along the route. Map view of the moving car is also visible in the split screen. Pan and zoom the live view for greater details.
In case you don't like to access the audio stream, you may cancel the audio tab to enable mute mode.
You may also want to turn on the Infrared LED torch icon in case you feel more lighting is required. Easily toggle the views (inside or outside) using the toggle button.

2-way calling feature enables audio/video communication between the occupants of the car and the owner using the built-in mic and speaker. The driver can directly respond through the device & needn’t pick up the mobile. Owners can follow-up with driver for any corrective actions that need to be taken against the alert notifications.
2-way calling can be enabled in Live streaming section by tapping on the call icon. Ensure that volume icon is on unmute mode so that you can listen to what car occupants are saying.
