If the user is not getting time lapsed video recording of a particular trip on their KENT CamEye then the user first needs to check the record Trip time-lapse Video from inside or outside cam is enabled in the configuration of the device.
If In case the Record Trip time-lapse Video Inside or Outside Cam is not enabled in the configuration then the user needs to enable it. To enable follow the path mentioned below.
Path: Open KENT CamEye App>>Device>>Settings>>Configure>>Enable Record Trip time-lapse Video Inside/Outside cam
