KENT CamEye swings into action upon detecting any possible threat to your car. Different types of alerts are notified to the user on real time basis when a specific set parameter is breached. Alerts are broadly categorized into two categories: Trip-related and Device-related
Intelligent alerts : Trip-related
Know precisely how your vehicle is being driven by getting intelligent notifications
- Over speeding : If the car travels beyond a prescribed speed limit
- Geofence : If the car goes in/outside of a certain radial area
- Engine running idle: If the engine runs idle beyond a prescribed duration
- Noise level : If the noise level inside the car goes above the prescribed limit
- AC On while parked : If the car heating/cooling is switched on while the car is parked
- Place of interest : When the car enters/exists a specific place on selected on the map
- Trip Start/End : Whenever the trip starts/ends.
Intelligent alerts : Device-related
Know precisely the health status of your device by getting intelligent notifications
- Low battery : When battery level falls below 15%
- Reboot : On an attempt to reboot the device
- Camera view obstructed: If the camera is covered with a tape or an object
- Power plugged out: When power cable is disconnected, intentionally or mistakenly
Alerts section helps you to set intelligent alerts configurations based on your preference. As soon as you enable the alert, you can further customize the trigger levels as per your requirement.
Path: Open KENT CamEye App>>Device>>Settings>>Alerts
You will receive pop-up notifications for alerts on the smartphone if alert settings have been enabled. You can also get email notifications for all the intelligent alerts that you have activated.
All the notification messages are preset.
To enable notifications:-

You can also check summary of the alerts generated in the past trips in device wise manner
KENT CamEye App provides a view of alerts received on owned and shared devices. You can find the total number of alerts in front of each date. Click on any device and select the month for which details are required. Get a reverse chronological summary of alerts for the trips taken during the selected date. Click on any date to fetch all the alerts for the date tapped. You can further select a particular alert to fetch further alert details. This section provides you a snapshot image when this alert was generated. It describes the nature of the alert, location in which it was generated, start and end time of the trip. You may also choose to view the time-lapse video or view the trip playback on the map view.

If you want to check tripwise alerts you can do so by going to the trip info section.ou can further select a particular alert to fetch further alert details. This section provides you a snapshot image when this alert was generated. It describes the nature of the alert, location in which it was generated, start and end time of the trip. You may also choose to view the time-lapse video or view the trip playback on the map view.
